Ark Data Centres is proud to announce that it has been accredited with a coveted Silver Investors In People (IIP) Award.

The IIP Standard is a respected stamp of quality worldwide, recognising what the best businesses are made of, with a Standard that sets them apart. It is defined and set by business leaders and is a series of 39 must-haves that organisations measure up against to find and realise the potential of their people. Covering everything from business planning and leadership to management effectiveness and performance measurement, the Standard offers outcomes to work towards. A benchmark for best practice, the Standard recognises a company’s commitment to developing its people and demonstrates its ambition, drive and focus to the rest of the world.

In addition to the Framework’s 39 evidence requirements which must be met to achieve a Standard accreditation, Ark Data Centres demonstrated best practice by meeting an additional 76 evidence requirements to attain the higher level of award.
